Happy Chotrul Duchen（Chotrul Duchenを祝います）。Chotrul Duchenとは、釈迦牟尼ブッダが、その教えを私たちに受け継ぐため、奇跡的に教えを説いた日です。この日は、仏教の暦において、四つのもっとも重要な日のひとつです。
今日という日は、自分自身も他者も害することの無いよう、とくに注意して過ごしてください。
そして、コンパッション（慈悲）を育むならば、さらに良い日です。
それよりまたさらに良いのは、ボッディチータ（菩提心）、または、全ての生きとし生けるものへの普遍的なコンパッション（慈悲）を育む日にすることです。
さらにそれ以上に、空を理解する智慧という視点から、普遍的なコンパッションを育むにはまた良い日なのです。

Happy Chotrul Duchen, the day Shakyamuni Buddha miraculously
demonstrated his teachings to preserve them for us. This is one of the
four most important days in the Buddhist calendar. Please be extra
careful today not to bring harm to oneself or to others, and even
better to cultivate compassion, and even better than that, to
cultivate Bodhicitta or universal compassion to every living being,
and even better still, to cultivate universal compassion from the
perspective of the wisdom realizing emptiness. Please enjoy this most
